I am a Travel Technology and Product Consultant with more than 27 years of experience across the travel industry, combining deep operational knowledge with modern travel technology, digital retailing and solution consulting.
My experience spans travel distribution, GDS, airline reservations and ticketing, NDC, LCC content, APIs, online booking technologies, automation and complex travel technology integrations. This combination allows me to understand both sides of the equation: how travel businesses operate commercially and operationally, and how technology can be used to solve their challenges.
In my current work with Sabre, I support travel businesses with technology strategy, product adoption, technical solutions and complex operational requirements. I work closely with customers, technology partners, developers, product teams and other stakeholders to identify problems, design solutions and successfully implement travel technology.

More recently, I have been exploring how AI, automation and modern development platforms can solve real operational problems within travel businesses. I am particularly interested in combining deep travel-domain expertise with AI to automate workflows, improve customer experiences and build smarter solutions for travel agencies and the wider travel ecosystem.
What differentiates me is the combination of hands-on travel industry experience and technology. I understand the challenges faced by travel agencies, consolidators, TMCs and technology providers because I have spent my career working within this ecosystem.
